Stephen M. Vernon

Stephen M. Vernon earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1978, after graduating with distinction from Stanford University. Mr. Vernon has devoted his practice to dispute resolution. He served as faculty at Stanford Law School's Advocacy Skills Workshops as well as the USF Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. He has also served as a Santa Clara County Superior Court Judicial Arbitrator, Early Settlement Conference and Mediation neutral, and Judge Pro Tempore (for trial and settlement), and as a Receiver and Referee for San Mateo County Superior Court, as well as working privately as a Mediator.



Cecelia C. Fusich

Cecelia C. Fusich earned her J.D. from University of California, Berkeley Law School in 1989, after graduating with distinction from the University of California Los Angeles. She joined the firm after dealing with major cases at Morrison Foerster, Southern Pacific, and an environmental litigation boutique, and building a deposition and presentation training enterprise. She has served as faculty at USF Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and adds perspective as a former financial consultant and insurance broker.
